Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Within the US I ship with USPS. You can choose either Ground Advantage or Priority at checkout. Please note that the ship times quoted are the time it takes to get to you AFTER it ships. There will always be a few days of processing time while I get your order together and made to order pieces generally take up to 2 weeks to complete before shipment. I do ship worldwide! If your country is not registering as a country that we ship to please just send me an email at kristin@kaypeajewelry.com with your shipping address and I will be able to set up shipping to your location via our website.

You will receive a notification with your order tracking number when you order has shipped. Kaypea Jewelry cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Once your order has shipped, it is out of my hands. To protect your purchase, low cost order protection is available at check out through Corso and is highly recommended to insure your order in case your package is lost, damaged or stolen, especially for orders over $100. Should your package be lost, damaged or stolen you will be eligible for a refund or replacement by filing a claim with Corso.

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

All orders are final. If you need to change something in your order please email kristin@kaypeajewelry.com. I will evaluate cancellations, returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis and if your case is approved you will be issued store credit minus a restocking fee. Custom and made-to-order pieces in especially large or small sizes (outside of ring size 6-8.5) are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.  For your protection, please pack your return item securely and return your order with an insured track-able courier and retain your receipt. Kaypea Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. I cannot refund shipping charges on returned, exchanged or damaged items. I am unable to accept returns of worn or damaged items and reserve the sole right to determine if an item has been returned in its original condition. Returns, cancellations and exchanges will incur a restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.

Repairs

I will repair items within 30 days of purchase. Depending on the cause of the damage, there may be a charge for the repair. Repairs required after 30 days of purchase will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please note that Kaypea Jewelry is not responsible for shipping charges on repair items.
